Study Leave, Inactive Students, and Withdrawal

STUDENT ACADEMIC LEAVE AND INACTIVE STUDY

Basically, students can temporarily leave academic activities (take an academic leave) before completing the program they are pursuing with permission from the Faculty leadership. Student Academic Leave is regulated by SK Rektor Nomor III/PRT/2004-01/07.

Students who intend to take academic leave can apply before the end of the Change of Study Plan (PRS) period for that semester. The application must be submitted using the leave application form. The application must be accompanied by the requirements listed on the leave application form.

RESIGNATION

Resignation or permanent study quit is a condition for a student who doesn’t continue his or her studies at the Faculty of Economics at will or due to the student’s circumstances.  Student resignation submission form.

The student who applies submits the application to the Dean and is known by parents/guardians of students and the assigned academic advisor. The application letter is stamped and accompanied by a statement that the study fees are paid off and the student is cleared of any outstanding borrowed books from the UNPAR library. The Dean issues a resignation letter and academic transcript for the student concerned which is only issued once and will not be issued a replacement letter at a later date.
