National Seminar 2021 “Creating A Feasible And Sustainable Startup.”

On Saturday, October 16, 2021, the Management Student Association (HMPSM) of Parahyangan Catholic University held National Seminar 2021 themed “Creating a Feasible and Sustainable Startup.” National Seminar 2021, better known as SEMNAS is a work program under the auspices of HMPSM’s academic division with the purpose of finding new concepts or ideas regarding management topics that support hard skills for students. The event always aims to invite sharing sessions from experienced speakers.

The seminar was conducted through Zoom Meetings and YouTube live stream. The decision to use a relevant theme and competent speakers was one of the key factors as to why this work program succeeded. One of the biggest objectives that this work program was able to achieve was its reach of 1.349 participants from 314 different institutions all over Indonesia.

This year’s seminar was split into two sessions, a webinar session followed by a talk show session, where in every session there were two distinguished speakers involved in the start-up industry. For the webinar session, we invited Arvinda Tripradopo (Director of SkytreeDGTL) and Andhika Sudarman (CEO of Sejutacita). As for the talk show, we invited Rade Tampubolon (CEO of SociaBuzz) and Raymond Chin (CEO of Ternak Uang) as the speakers for the 2021 National Seminar. Each session began with the presentation of the materials by the speakers and continued with a Q&A session to give the participants a chance to directly ask questions to the speakers.
