The student orientation known as Inisiasi and Adaptasi (SIAP) is different from the previous years. The presence of the pandemic has raised concerns about the spreading of the virus, therefore face-to-face meetings are not possible. However, the enthusiasm on welcoming the new students from the class of 2020 has not subsided. This SIAP event was still carried out by utilizing information technology in digital networks. The SIAP program was held for three days, from the 9th of September to the 11th, and the new students are required to join this event. On the first day, UNPAR officially welcomed new students and introduced UNPAR’s Spirituality and Core Values (SINDU) which are the philosophical and activities guidelines of the entire UNPAR academic community. On the second day, students got to know the Faculty of Economics more closely, with a series of events as follows: a greeting speech from Mrs. Dr.Budiana Gomulia (Dean of the Faculty of Economics), introduction to faculties, campus environment, room tour of the Faculty of Economics, explanation of the academic and financial affairs, student associations, online lecture ethics, and a national insight. This event was followed by events from each Study Program explaining the curriculum carried out by the Head of the Study Program, introducing the lecturers, and presentations on the activities of the undergraduate student association. On the last day, students are invited to dive into the world of student associations which can help students develop themselves.
