IMPLEMENTATION GUIDELINES
A. GENERAL
- Short semester is a non-regular semester held for Parahyangan Catholic University students that is registered as an active student in an even semester in the same academic year;
- The load of study that a student is able to take is a maximum of 9 credits;
- Short semester is meant for students that repeat the class for an improved final score;
- The minimum number of participants for a course is 20 (twenty) students unless there are special circumstances with the permission of the Dean/Vice Dean for Academic Affairs.
B. REGISTRATION AND CHANGES IN STUDY PLAN
- Consultation Schedule and Registration of Study Plan and other important dates can be looked up here
- Students are required to register their Study Plan Form online through the Student Portal to choose the courses that they wish to take during the short semester.The Study Plan Form can be downloaded through the link below:
- Development Economics Study Program (must meet the academic advisor through the virtual meeting to discuss subject registration)
- Management Study Program
- Accounting Study Program
- Master of Management
- The student is required to pay attention to the exam schedule of courses taken to avoid a clash between exams. Exam schedules can be seen or downloaded here;
- During the Changes of Study Plans period, students are only allowed to change the courses that have already been chosen;
- For final semester students who are going through thesis defense and wish to take a short semester, they must consider their academic schedule, especially the short semester final grade announcement. The academic schedule can be seen here;
C. LEARNING ACTIVITY
- Lectures are held at least 16 times including mid-term and final exams;
- The exam implementation is carried out using methods and mechanisms that each class lecturer has announced.
D. TESTS

E. RATES
- The rates and payment mechanisms for a short semester will follow the rules that apply in Parahyangan Catholic University through an announcement that will be delivered separately.
