The UNPAR Accounting Study Program of the Faculty of Economics collaborated with Astra to hold community service activities in Rawasari Village. The team consisted of: Dr. Elizabeth Tiur Manurung, M.Si., Ak., CA., CIRR (Team leader) and the members: Elsje Kosasih, Dra., Ak., MSc, Dr. Sylvia Fettry E.M., SE., SH., M.Sc., Ak, Oei Venny Febrianti, SE., CA., MM. Ak., CSRS, and Shelly Nuraeni (student). Rawasari Village is located in Plered District, Purwakarta Regency. The main product that Rawasari Village sells is skewers (tusuk sate) as Purwakarta is well known for sate maranggi. Service activities that were done included: providing training on making bamboo tables and chairs, making satay carts from bamboo, processing bamboo into earthquake-resistant bamboo, building Posyandu rooms from earthquake-resistant bamboos, training on how to count supplies at BUMDES, and training on calculating the cost of goods sold and simple financial statements. On March 22, 2021 Astra and the community service team provided assistance in the form of 3 skewer-making machines.
