Preparation of Study Plans Each student will have one advisor as their academic guidance. Therefore every student will be able to get guidance about their study plans whenever needed according to the agreement throughout the semester. Students can arrange a consultation with their advisor about their study plans or any problems they come across that might hinder their studies. Scheduled consultation with the academic advisor will be held at the start of each semester in order to prepare or to change the study plans that are required to be carried out by all the students. In the academic year of 2016/2017, students that are unable to attend the  consultation will fulfill their obligations by giving their power through power of attorney (Attachment 3) signed on a stamp.  Any confusion or hindrance in preparing the study plans fully understood through the power of attorney will be the full responsibility of the students that gave the power.
